Our Story

GAVIE began with a vision: to create a coffee gin that tells stories and brings people together.

Rooted in Vienna’s rich coffeehouse culture and vibrant arts scene, each small batch is crafted in collaboration with an independent coffee brand and three artists. The coffee shapes the flavor, while the artists create works inspired by GAVIE, giving every release its own identity.

Every new batch is unveiled through a launch event — an evening of discovery where glasses are raised, coffee is shared, and art comes to life. It’s more than a tasting; it’s a celebration of creativity and community, a chance to meet, connect, and be part of the GAVIE story.
